📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of F&B staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor food and beverage inventory, and ensure proper stock levels.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and performance reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B service management or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing teams and improving service quality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Certification in hospitality management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
