📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive experience.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage returns and exchanges.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or inventory management role.,Proven track record in managing inventory and sales in a dental clinic or similar environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with dental products and services is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Knowledge of inventory management software is an advantage.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
