Agung Kirana Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier & Bank to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cash transactions, handling bank operations, and ensuring smooth operations at our café. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cash transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records,Handle bank deposits and withdrawals,Oversee the cashier team and provide training and guidance,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Assist in the preparation of financial reports,Maintain a clean and organized workspace

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a cashier or banking role,Strong knowledge of financial operations and banking procedures,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Familiarity with POS systems and banking software,Proven track record of managing a team,Ability to lift and move heavy objects
