📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Manage inventory and purchasing of food supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Optimize kitchen efficiency and cost control.
• Represent the kitchen in meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
• Proven track record of managing kitchen operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with kitchen management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
