📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting best practices.,Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for management.,Manage the company's financial records and ensure their accuracy and completeness.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial filings.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
