📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage customer orders efficiently using Tesla's proprietary order management system.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of Tesla products.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all order-related activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in order operations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in order processing, inventory management, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with Tesla's products and services is a plus.
