PT Wira Duta is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience in remote work is a plus.
