🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding process engineering, with a focus on precision manufacturing.,Strong understanding of welding processes, including GTAW, GMAW, and other welding techniques.,Knowledge of welding standards and certifications (e.g., AWS, ISO, ASME).,Experience with welding equipment and instrumentation, including welding power sources, torches, and sensors.,Proven track record of improving welding processes and reducing defects.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
