📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve branch targets.,Monitor branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with the head office to ensure alignment with company-wide strategies and goals.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of banking or financial services industry is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
