📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Performing a variety of laboratory tests, including blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic procedures.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.,Recording and reporting test results to healthcare providers and patients.,Assisting in the preparation and storage of laboratory specimens.,Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment.,Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure patient care and treatment.,Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.,Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Technology, Medical Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lab Technician in a medical laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, techniques, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.,Valid certification as a Lab Technician (preferred but not mandatory).,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
