📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a smile and provide excellent customer service.,Handle guest inquiries and reservations efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.,Assist with front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.,Perform general administrative tasks as required.,Promote a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
