CV Cendrawasih Indah is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Kendari. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited experience in recruitment to kickstart their career in human resources.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. Your primary goal will be to contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and screening.
  • Coordinate interviews and schedule candidate meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and person specifications.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of candidates.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or professional with limited experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian job market and local labor laws.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
