📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team to support business decisions.,Lead and mentor a team of accounting staff, ensuring they meet their performance targets and professional development goals.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and auditors.,Manage the accounting budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Previous experience in a similar role within a multinational company is a plus.
