📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and schedule engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok using tools like Canva and Adobe Spark
Manage our social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns to boost engagement and reach
Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Assist in creating promotional materials for social media and other marketing channels
Support the Marketing Engagement Coordinator in coordinating social media activities with other departments
Help maintain our brand's voice and visual identity across all platforms

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
Proven experience creating and managing social media content
Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative thinker with a passion for pets and digital marketing
