Mitra Saruta Indonesia is seeking a talented and experienced PPIC Head to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production planning and inventory control processes to ensure efficient and effective operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and business goals.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production and supply chain operations.,Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Lead and mentor the PPIC team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control systems and software.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
