NEXUS Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in managing our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to ensure optimal stock levels.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure all policies and procedures are followed.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for inventory management.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is advantageous.,Must be able to work in a remote setting and communicate effectively with the central office.
