📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the product development lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.,Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to inform product strategy.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products.,Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.,Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business objectives and customer feedback.,Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights to continuously improve the product.,Work closely with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with healthcare and life sciences regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.,5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.,Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from inception to market.,Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.,Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
