📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure availability of ingredients.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.,Certification in food safety and handling is a plus.
