📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the sales team, ensuring they meet their daily, weekly, and monthly targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to sales representatives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Train and develop sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.,Report sales performance and market trends to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales supervision or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Familiarity with sales processes and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
