📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the Canggu branch operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the logistics industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities to enhance our market presence.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of our operations and strategies.
• Lead and mentor the branch team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying them to enhance our services and operations.
• Represent Catalyst Logistics Incorporated at industry events and conferences to build our brand and network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
