As a Learning & Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering impactful training initiatives that foster skill development, knowledge retention, and behavioral change. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the learning needs of our employees and develop solutions that align with our strategic goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs using industry-standard tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Conduct needs assessments and market research to identify the learning and development needs of our employees.
• Implement and evaluate learning programs, tracking progress and measuring their impact on employee performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure the alignment of learning initiatives with organizational goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, and incorporate them into our training programs.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees, supporting their personal and professional growth.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
• Monitor and analyze learning data to inform decision-making and improve the effectiveness of our learning programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Proficiency in learning management systems such as Moodle, Cornerstone, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
