📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and specialized therapies tailored to each guest's needs.
• Consult with guests to understand their wellness goals and create personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in spa therapy through continuous professional development.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience, from check-in to check-out.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper hygiene practices and infection control measures.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Promote our luxury spa services and products to guests, ensuring they leave with a memorable and satisfying experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role in a luxury spa or resort setting.
• Certification in a recognized spa therapy program, such as the International Spa Association (ISA) or the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with guests from around the world.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience for guests.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, as well as a deep understanding of various massage techniques and skincare treatments.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
