🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in music industry business management or a similar role.
• Proficient in financial planning, contract negotiation, and strategic business development.
• Strong understanding of the music industry, including market trends and artist management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, and industry stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
