📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement reliability programs to optimize asset performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis and failure investigations to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance using industry-standard tools such as SAP PM, Maximo, and other asset management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing plant reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to operational teams on reliability best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the integrity and reliability of plant equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or a similar role in the mining or industrial sector.
• Certification in Reliability Engineering (e.g., Certified Reliability Engineer - CRE) is a plus.
• Proficient in using industry-standard tools such as SAP PM, Maximo, and other asset management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards relevant to mining operations.
