📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales in retail outlets.
Create and maintain visually appealing and functional retail displays for tobacco products.
Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and sales performance.
Work closely with retail partners to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns.
Ensure that all retail displays adhere to company branding guidelines and regulations.
Provide training and support to retail staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the tobacco industry.
Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP or similar systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
