• Prepare and serve a wide variety of premium cocktails, wines, and beverages with exceptional quality and presentation.
• Develop and refine new cocktail recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and proper stock rotation to maintain high-quality beverage offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and creating memorable experiences.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create innovative and delicious food-and-beverage pairings.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist in a premium hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to create and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, including shaking, stirring, and garnishing.
• Familiarity with industry-leading tools and software, such as POS systems and inventory management software.
